What we keep
What we keep: your email, the optional note about who your first Moment is for, and the link that brought you here (if there was one), with the date you signed up. It is stored with Cloudflare, our host. This page loads nothing from other sites. We use it only to send you one message when Away Today opens, and to see which videos or links bring people here. We never sell it. To be removed, email hello@awaytoday.app.

Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final by default, since credits never expire. If you haven't used any of your credits, you can ask for a refund within 90 days of buying them. Just email hello@awaytoday.app. After that, they stay yours to use whenever you like. We also refund duplicate or unauthorized charges and our own failures. A refund never cancels a scheduled Moment.
What if I stop paying?
We never delete a Moment, or cancel a scheduled one, because of payment. Payment buys the making of a Moment. It never holds one hostage.
Which pack should I buy?
We don't recommend one. No tier has features another lacks. The per-Moment price falls with quantity, and that's the whole difference.
